Responsibilities

• Coordinate all resident functions and activities, including orienting residents to the property and assisting with deliveries.
• Develop and publish a property newsletter with planned events and resident services.
• Handle resident issues and prepare incident reports in accordance with company standards.
• Schedule clubhouse rentals, manage contracts, and ensure guest suites are in rental condition.
• Process work orders for the maintenance department and verify completion with residents.
