Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and guests in a Bellevue, WA community. You will handle front desk duties, help coordinate transportation and activities, and maintain a welcoming, organized reception area.

The role requires a friendly, professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of customer service or front desk experience in which you supported residents, visitors, or guests.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Responsabilités

• Answer a multi-line telephone and direct calls as needed.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a friendly attitude.
• Maintain visitor logs and monitor access to the community.
• Assist residents with transportation, activities, or appointments.
• Support management with general administrative tasks and data entry.
• Order office supplies and complete work order requests.
• Address resident concerns or questions and escalate issues when necessary.
