Job summary

KW Property Management LLC is seeking a front desk team member to greet residents and guests, provide information, and ensure a welcoming visit at our community.

The role emphasizes security, coordination with staff, and strong customer service with bilingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations. Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred and a high school diploma is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and some college preferred.
• Familiar with using computer software to perform tasks and organize information.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish may be required at some locations.
• Minimum six months related experience and/or training.
• Previous hospitality experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and maintain excellent customer service.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure to protect residents and property.
• Coordinate with office staff to update unit owner information.
• Handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette.
• Report violations of Rules and Regulations.
• Maintain key control and familiarize with fire alarm operations.
