Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Pasatiempo Apartments, a 94-unit senior community in Fremont, CA. You will coordinate resident services, build partnerships with local providers, and support six key community outcomes: housing stability, employment, education, health, community engagement, and economic mobility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint/Access) and data management.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan.
• Manage property Connected Communities budget.
• Coordinate resources for residents addressing six key outcomes.
• Provide direct resident services assistance and 1-1 coaching.
• Establish relationships with local service providers and partners.
• Utilize Apricot 360 to collect and analyze resident data.
