Job summary

You will recruit volunteers, organize workshops, and build partnerships while collecting outcomes data to demonstrate impact. The position supports food distribution and outreach with a flexible, autonomous approach.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in multi-family housing or related fields such as social services or community outreach.
• Experience in after-school programs or educational settings for youth and serving diverse populations.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Publisher, Outlook). Basic with Adobe Acrobat, Canva, Salesforce, Concur.
• Strong time management, administrative, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement core programs and services across four initiatives: Economic Stability, Education for Youth & Families, Health & Wellness, and Community Building.
• Coordinate and oversee an after-school program and teen program with homework assistance and enrichment activities.
• Plan, prepare, and facilitate resident-facing workshops and group sessions, delivering core topics when partners are unavailable.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local providers to deliver services and workshops.
• Plan and facilitate community-building events to foster safe, meaningful relationships.
• Provide residents with information and referrals to access community resources and nonprofit partners.
