Job summary

MidPen Housing Corporation in Oakland, CA seeks a Senior Services Coordinator for Foon Lok West to design and implement resident services programs across properties.

You will coach Services Coordinators, coordinate crisis interventions, manage partnerships, and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

The role requires strong communication, expertise with Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and a passion for serving diverse, underserved communities.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in Education, Social Work, or Sociology with 2+ years' experience or equivalent
• Track record of navigating ambiguity and adaptability
• Experience deploying programs with diverse populations/partners
• Experience improving program design/delivery or operations
• Experience coaching/mentoring others

Responsibilities

• Supports program implementation and day-to-day operations across multiple properties.
• Coaches and mentors Services Coordinators, coordinates crisis intervention, and ensures appropriate follow-up.
• Ensures compliance with mandated reporting requirements and submits program documentation to agencies.
• Builds partnerships with external agencies across properties, aligning services with goals.
• Promotes cross-team collaboration with Resident Services, Property Management, and partners.
• Facilitates community engagement with Property Managers and partner involvement.
• Assesses community needs and monitors resident feedback through surveys and referrals.
• Maintains records, data entry, and timely reporting across properties.
• Analyzes data insights and recommends improvements in data collection/reporting.
• Models a one-MidPen culture by collaborating with Property Management and onboarding Service Coordinators
