Job summary
MidPen Housing is seeking a Senior Services Coordinator for Foon Lok West in Oakland. The role leads design and implementation of resident services, coaching coordinators, and building partnerships to support program delivery across properties.
The ideal candidate will be adaptable, outcome‑oriented, and able to navigate ambiguity while driving continuous improvement and data-informed decisions to enhance resident support services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, or Sociology with two years’ experience.
- Experience deploying programs in diverse populations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Supports program implementation and day-to-day operations across multiple properties, including special projects and service delivery improvements.
- Coaches and mentors Services Coordinators, coordinates crisis intervention, and ensures follow-up for complex situations.
- Ensures compliance with mandated reporting requirements and prepares program documentation for agencies.
- Builds partnerships with external agencies to align services with Resident Services goals and identify improvements.
- Promotes cross-team collaboration with Resident Services, Property Management, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
