Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for Pasatiempo Apartments, a 94-unit senior community in Fremont, CA. You will coordinate community programs, build partnerships, and deliver resident services across six outcome areas.

You will use data tools (Apricot 360) and provide concierge support, with a schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Prior relevant experience and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.
• Ability to summarize and communicate moderately complex information in written formats to internal and external customers.
• A current vehicle license in good standing and meet driving records standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement an annual Connected Communities plan based on needs and opportunities.
• Develop a strategy for program development, information collection, partnerships, and budget implications.
• Manage property Connected Communities budget and track progress with managers.
• Coordinate resources to address six key outcomes: housing stability, employment, economic mobility, education, health, and engagement.
• Provide direct resident services assistance, program referrals, and coaching as needed.
• Establish relationships with local service providers, residents, stakeholders and partners.
• Create and manage MOUs with third parties delivering services on/off-site.
• Utilize Apricot 360 to collect, manage, report, and analyze resident data with accuracy.
• Gather data through surveys, touchpoints, programs, and partner reporting.
• Communicate with residents via quarterly meetings, monthly newsletter, event flyers, and social media.
