Job summary

RENEWED | Ohio Apartment Communities in Ohio seeks a Revenue Renewal Specialist who will own every lease renewal and drive all income beyond base rent. You will partner with a leasing agent, manage 50+ hours weekly, and contact residents to present renewal offers and add-on services.

Within 30 days, you will pull early move-outs, interview respondents, and craft fixes. You will track expirations in AppFolio, escalate pricing, and report weekly on renewals and ancillary income.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a commission-based sales role.
• Must be a closer and able to quantify results.
• Comfortable on the phone with high volume and handling rejection.
• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
• Tech-savvy with spreadsheets and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Own every lease renewal for your portfolio and manage outreach 90 days before end date.
• Present renewal offers and collect signed renewal agreements.
• Escalate pricing or concessions with clear recommendations to Sales Manager.
• Drive ancillary income through garages, storage, parking and clubroom rentals.
• Run weekly resident check-ins and report renewals, churn, and conversion metrics.
