Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED is required.
• An active Real Estate license is required for this role.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Proven experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Experience in property management or maintenance is helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Effective customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Technological proficiency including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with current residents to discuss lease renewal options.
• Negotiate lease renewals to meet renewal targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns during the renewal process.
• Accurately prepare and process lease documents in a timely manner.
• Foster a collaborative working environment with colleagues and external parties.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and document processing.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Support departmental staff within the assigned region as needed.
