Job summary

Greystar seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and revenue across communities. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while maintaining high resident satisfaction.

You will implement marketing plans, manage show units, and stay informed about market conditions to optimize occupancy. The role involves renewal planning and cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and leasing teams.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Proven ability to greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and execute move-ins.
• Strong tenant satisfaction focus with follow-up communications and lease renewals.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales and leasing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Inspect show units and ensure move-in readiness and maintenance follow-ups.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design marketing activities to drive traffic, including online postings and referrals.
• Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Prepare renewal packages and communicate with renewing residents ahead of move-out dates.
