Job summary

11Residential is a property management company serving the Western United States. We’re building a centralized renewals team to remotely manage lease renewals across our portfolio.

This role focuses on renewal communications, resident follow-up, leasing support, and retention strategy refinement. You’ll collaborate with site teams to ensure residents feel valued and at home, with remote work and occasional site travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Proven success in leasing and resident retention.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Spanish a plus).
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, RentCafe, CRM IQ).

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume renewal outreach and follow-up.
• Draft clear written and verbal communications to promote renewals.
• Coordinate with site teams to address resident issues.
• Apply renewal pricing guidelines and escalate when needed.
• Track renewal status, notices to vacate, and reasons for moving.
• Support leasing across properties by managing prospects and tours.
