Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Renewal/Lease Administration professional to manage rent increase strategies across a multifamily portfolio. This fully remote role requires coordinating renewal notices across states, maintaining lease data, and analyzing retention metrics to improve occupancy and resident stability.

You will collaborate with Community Managers and regional leaders to ensure timely renewals and compliant processes, while driving enhancements to pricing and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• At least three years in multifamily housing, manufactured housing, or residential property management, handling renewals or rent increases.
• Strong understanding of multi-state landlord-tenant laws and notice requirements.
• Experience with property management software to program and audit renewal data.
• Familiarity with manufactured housing lease structures and lot rent dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Own rent increase strategies and annual execution across the portfolio.
• Manage renewal notices and compliance across states within required timelines.
• Maintain accurate lease expiration dates and resident information in PM systems.
• Analyze renewal and occupancy metrics to drive pricing and retention improvements.
• Collaborate with Community Managers and regional leaders on renewals and move-outs.
• Provide regular reporting on renewals, occupancy, collections and retention metrics.
