Job summary

Avanath is seeking a Leasing Specialist in Escondido, CA to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations within our communities. The role requires professionalism and positive engagement with residents and staff.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, processing applications, closing sales, and maintaining accurate resident files, while supporting the management team and ensuring a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and/or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.
• Solid computer knowledge, Windows (Word, Excel), internet, and e-mail.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager Property Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide A+ customer service and greet/qualify prospects.
• Process applications and deposits; update availability and renewals.
• Close sales by communicating features/benefits and guiding applicants.
• Orient new residents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Assist management with tasks and policy implementation.
