Avanath, a leading property management company, seeks a Leasing Specialist to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations within the community. The role requires professionalism and engaging interactions with residents and staff to foster an exceptional living experience.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, guiding tours, processing applications, and ensuring move-in readiness. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success at Avanath communities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a strong sense for creating a sense of community and positive experiences for residents and staff.
• Open and professional attitude when addressing resident and staff concerns.
• Active listening and supportive participation to help residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate needs to Community Manager.
• Demonstrate community features and close the sale.
• Have the prospect complete the application and secure a deposit according to procedures.
• Update availability, process applications for approvals.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the date.
• Follow up with prospects who did not close and refer to sister communities if needed.
• Secure signatures and orient new residents.
• Assist in renewals and distribute renewal notices.
• Type leases and input data into Yardi accurately.
• Maintain resident files and distribute notices.
• Maintain monthly commission records for bonuses.
• Assist management with various tasks and enforce policies.
