Qualifications

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Process applications and update occupancy status in Yardi Voyager.
• Maintain current resident files and coordinate renewals.
• Assist in monitoring renewals and communicate with residents.
