Job summary

Avanath Capital is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing, marketing, and maintain positive resident relations within the community. The incumbent should be highly professional and engaging with residents and staff.

Greet prospects, qualify leads, process applications, coordinate move-ins, and support renewals while maintaining Yardi records. Bilingual English/Spanish is highly desired; flexible schedules including evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience.
• Low-income housing and tax credit experience is highly desired.
• Bilingual English & Spanish highly desired.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify all prospects.
• Record all telephone and in-person visits on guest cards.
• Inspect models and available units and communicate service needs.
• Demonstrate features, close the sale, and process applications.
• Assist move-ins, renewals, and keep accurate lease records.
