Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments in tour-ready condition and orient residents to the property.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and ensure daily open/close procedures.
• Assist with planning resident activities and provide clerical support as needed.
