Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while maintaining detailed records and facilitating the move process.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease activity.
• Process renewal paperwork and ensure timely delivery of documents.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
• Ensure all safety rules and property policies are followed.
