Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, ensuring a high-quality living experience.

Responsibilities include leasing, documenting paperwork, modeling apartment conditions, and maintaining records. Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills are essential, with preferred experience in Yardi Voyager and

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Generate weekly leasing reports and maintain accurate records of traffic activity.
