Avenue5 Residential is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering outstanding resident service. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, and ensure smooth move-in processes.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, familiarity with leasing software, and proficient use of Microsoft Office. A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work Tue-Sat are valued traits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maintain occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; ensure model apartments are touring ready.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and follow up with prospective residents.
• Provide clerical support and assist with resident activities to boost retention.
