Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction. You will promote a quality living experience, drive traffic, and manage lease documentation with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Tour model apartments and ensure tours are conducted in a ready state.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, follow up with leads, and schedule appointments.
• Assist with resident relations and respond promptly to requests.
