Qualificações

• High school diploma required; 1 year sales or leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Yardi Voyager or a similar system.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and property tours as needed.
