Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Murrieta, CA, is hiring a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all apartment rentals and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective residents, schedule tours, and promote resident satisfaction to achieve high occupancy and retention.

The role requires strong customer service, knowledge of Yardi Voyager/Office, and the ability to work Thursday–Monday 9:00am–6:00pm in a on-site setting with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartments rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lease activity.
• Follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
• Assist with work orders and maintenance coordination as needed.
• Provide clerical support to property management.
