Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure high retention across our properties.

The role requires outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. You will partner with maintenance and management to deliver a seamless resident experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare lease documentation and renewal paperwork.
• Assist with tours of model apartments and provide excellent customer service to residents.
