Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Mission Viejo, CA to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong customer service and sales experience, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. On-site opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum one year of previous sales experience preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and lead activity.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email.
• Tour property and ensure model apartments are in touring condition.
• Assist with planning resident activities to boost retention.
