Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a leasing consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, renewals, and occupancy strategies. You will engage with prospective and current residents to ensure a high-quality living experience and strong occupancy metrics.

Responsibilities include preparing leases, processing move-ins/outs, and maintaining accurate records while providing excellent customer service and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork, and maintain confidential resident files.
• Follow up with prospective residents via phone, mail or email and convert traffic into tours.
