Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals on-site. You will engage with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction, while maintaining accurate records and facilitating renewals.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, organization, and timely communication, with daily interaction across residents and management teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition.
• Orient prospective and current residents to the property and explain renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and follow up with prospects via phone, mail or email.
