Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Missouri is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention. The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills and experience with leasing, sales or property management.

Ability to operate Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office; high school diploma; and valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; maintain accurate records.
• Inspect model apartments and ensure touring readiness; orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and communicate with residents monthly.
• Follow up with prospective residents by phone, mail or email; convert inquiries into tours.
