Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; ensure model apartments are tour-ready.
