Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Promote a quality living experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
• Create weekly leasing reports and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with planning resident activities and support management with clerical tasks.
