Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organization, and familiarity with property management tools such as Yardi Voyager; HS diploma is required and some sales experience is preferred. We offer robust benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximise occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; tour and orient residents.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, renewals and leasing activity.
• Assist with resident relations and respond promptly to requests.
