Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and client satisfaction.

You will support leasing processes, service residents, and help maintain an excellent living experience. Prior leasing experience and strong communication are valued; Yardi Voyager and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure resident retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a quality living experience for all.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and weekly leasing reports.
