Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities for rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure satisfaction.

Required: high school diploma; sales or leasing experience preferred; familiarity with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A driver’s license and strong customer service are essential for success in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Inspect model apartments and ensure move-in readiness.
• Maintain confidential resident files and complete weekly leasing reports.
