Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities and community engagement.
• Provide clerical support and process property invoices as needed.
