Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact directly with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and ensure retention and client satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office. A valid driver’s license is preferred for site tours and on-site duties.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in sales or leasing is preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic and activity records in the system.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
