Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals across our properties. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.

The role requires excellent customer service, ability to work with Yardi Voyager, and proficiency in MS Office. A high school diploma is required; one year of leasing or sales experience is preferred. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed traffic activity records in the computer system.
• Complete weekly leasing reports and manage renewal paperwork.
