Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily SkyHouse Buckhead in Atlanta. You will support residents with timely repairs and quality move-ins while maintaining common areas and safety standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1+ year maintenance experience, and relevant certifications. On-site role with potential after-hours on-call duties and strong customer service focus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1+ year of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and service to ensure quality move-ins and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds and common areas including pools, dog park and safety compliance.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies on a possible on-call basis.
• Report maintenance concerns to the supervisor and perform scheduled tasks.
