Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our multifamily properties in Norcross, GA. You will support move-in readiness, respond to resident requests, and maintain essential systems to ensure quality living experiences.

The role requires basic maintenance skills (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry) and a high school diploma or equivalent. On-site work with potential on-call duties and property travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO or local city certificate are required.
• Ability to read and understand manuals and safety rules.
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting optional.
• Willingness to perform on-call duties and travel between properties.

Responsabilités

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities in clean, safe condition.
• Attend training and adhere to safety procedures and Cushman & Wakefield standards.
