cw is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily property in Georgia. The role focuses on delivering quality move-ins, resident satisfaction, and timely service while maintaining safety and property standards.

The technician will handle plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, with on-site duties and potential after-hours emergencies. A valid license and relevant certifications are required.

Formación

• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO certification expected.
• Ability to read and understand manuals, safety rules and instructions.
• Math aptitude: rate, ratio, percent; capable of interpreting data/graphs.
• Ability to work safely and follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and pet amenities.
• Attend training and follow Cushman & Wakefield safety standards.
• On-call as needed for after-hours emergencies.
