Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a multifamily affordable property on Peachtree Creek on Ponce. The role focuses on timely make-readies, resident satisfaction, and dependable on-site support to residents in a professional environment.

You will handle plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance, with on-call duties for after-hours emergencies and adherence to safety policies across the property.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments including painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and related tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
