Responsibilities include preparing apartments, handling plumbing/HVAC/electrical tasks, and maintaining common areas to ensure safety and cleanliness. On-call may be required, with a strong emphasis on safety and professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and basic maintenance knowledge.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification preferred.
• Education: High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, carpentry, and cleaning.
• Respond to resident requests promptly with a professional attitude.
• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing, HVAC, electric, and general carpentry.
• Maintain common areas, pools, and other amenities for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call may be required for after-hours emergencies.
