Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Technician for The Haverly at Stone Mountain. The role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and supports residents with timely, quality service across apartments and common areas.

You will perform carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and painting tasks while ensuring safety and professional conduct on site. Eligible candidates have 1+ years of related experience, a high school diploma, and EPA 608 Type II certification.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Maintain grounds, pools and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call for after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Attend required Cushman & Wakefield trainings.
