Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily, to provide on-site support across our properties and deliver quality move-ins and timely service to residents. You will handle maintenance tasks and coordinate with the supervisor to ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience, with knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electric, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance functions: plumbing, HVAC, basic electric, carpentry, painting, snow removal (if applicable).
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals, safety rules, and maintenance instructions.

Responsabilités

• Prepares make-ready apartments and performs maintenance and repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance supervisor and performs tasks as assigned.
