The role includes plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and preventive maintenance, plus groundskeeping and on-call duties. Strong safety awareness and reliable on-site attendance are required to support our residents and maintain property

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification.
• Ability to read and understand policy manuals and safety rules.
• Basic math and ability to interpret simple charts.

Aufgaben

• Prepares make-ready apartments with painting, repairs, cleaning, and related duties.
• Responds to resident requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Performs maintenance tasks in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to safety standards.
• On-call scheduling may be required for after-hours emergencies.
• Reports maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and performs scheduled duties.
