Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Maintenance Technician, Multifamily at Peachtree Creek on Ponce. You will prepare make-ready apartments, respond to resident requests, and perform essential maintenance tasks to ensure quality move-ins and resident satisfaction.

Requirements include knowledge of plumbing/HVAC/basic electrical, painting, carpentry, and safety compliance. Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II/CPO certifications are preferred. On-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical, carpentry, painting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, general repairs).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities.
