Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, resident satisfaction, and budget reporting at our Leander, TX property.

This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and Yardi Voyager, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred; two to three years of property management experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day property operations.
• Oversee leasing, rent collection, and resident relations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease files for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Support move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and property upkeep; report maintenance needs.
• Comply with company policies and health and safety rules.
