Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Dallas, TX to support the property manager in daily operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, and reporting. You will help oversee vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and ensure compliance with policies.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required by location.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in daily operations to ensure resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain all accounts receivable including collecting rent and deposits.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins/move-outs and lease renewals.
• Assist with training staff on leasing and office operations.
