Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Dallas is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing duties, vendor oversight, and resident experience. You will help ensure smooth operation, timely reporting, and strong service for residents and owners.

The role requires two to three years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations of the property.
• Manage resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and deposits.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins/move-outs/renewals and evictions as needed.
• Support leasing, marketing, and office operations.

Education
