Avenue5 Residential, LLC seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, resident services, lease administration, and financial reporting at our Texas property. You will help with vendor contracts, maintenance coordination, and ensuring a positive resident experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent collection, and rent postings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and inspect buildings and grounds for safety.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
